How to Order
When ordering a product please remember to state both the name of the product and its order number (to be found in the description). Please note that we do not guarantee that all products are always in stock. Frozen goods and drinks cannot be ordered.

If you have any remarks or questions, you can write them under ‘Comments/enquiries’ in the order form.
After submitting your order kindly wait for a personal e-mail with details about your order (weight, price and postage).
Pre-payment
Payment must be made in advance, before the goods can be sent.
Payment options:
- By bank transfer/online netbank to the Reg. no. 4515, Account no. 4515013237 in Danske Bank.
- Invoice: If you wish to receive an invoice please inform us. African House will send you an invoice which has to be paid within 14 days from the day of receipt.
As soon as your payment has been registered, your products will be sent to you.
All the prices stated on the website are including VAT (moms).
Postage & Delivery
The goods will be sent by Post Danmark, click here to find the postage rates.
Refund policy
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return it to us in its original condition, within 14 days of receipt of the item and we will refund your purchase price and transportation charges. The expenses for returning the goods must be paid for by the customer.
